**Business Development Manager (BDM) - Commercial Insurance**

**A patch covering East and West Midlands**

**Salary dependent upon Experience, plus Car Allowance and strong benefits**

We are recruiting for a Business Development minded individual, who would relish the challenge of taking on the development of a strong panel of commercial insurance brokers, and nurture this insurers' proposition to being number 1 in its sector.

It represents an excellent opportunity to join a significant Global Insurer, and work on an established panel of brokers, with the opportunity to also develop some who have been a little unloved.

You
- Your experience can be insurer or broker based, but you must have strong development acumen, and a desire to be out and about developing broker relationships
- Developed sound Commercial insurance experience - not necessary technical, but a rounded knowledge of product and proposition
- Have the desire to be part of a growing team, that is achieving double digit growth year on year
- Have the ability to work with the Underwriting teams to achieve best responses to the broker panel.
