We are now scaling aggressively — and we’re looking for ambitious Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our high-performance sales team. The Role As a Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing your pipeline, and guiding customers through their tax rebate claims using our purpose-built TaxPro portal. This role requires high energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with clients. Key Responsibilities Contact your immediate network to offer our services and bring in new leads Manage your pipeline using the TaxPro claims portal Explain TaxPro’s service clearly and confidently to clients Complete client onboarding and ensure accurate submission of information Achieve monthly targets based on completed tax years Maintain excellent customer service and uphold TaxPro’s 5-star reputation Work closely with Operations and Compliance teams to progress claims Participate in daily huddles, weekly reporting, and structured training sessions Contribute to a positive, motivated, high-energy sales environment What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, or phone-based customer engagement Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills Target-driven, competitive, and motivated to earn Organised with strong pipeline and time management Ability to follow processes and take accountability A positive attitude and willingness to learn — no egos Comfortable using digital platforms/CRMs (full training on our portal provided) What We Offer £26,000–£28,000 base salary (experience dependent) £50,000+ OTE achievable Industry-leading training & progression pathways Vibrant office environment in central Birmingham Weekly incentives, bonuses, raffles & team rewards Career development into senior BDM, Team Leader, or Management roles A fast-growing company where high performers are recognised and rewarded
