**Job Summary**
The Coordinator role at our establishment involves overseeing various activities and ensuring smooth operations within the hospitality sector. This position requires excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional guest services.
**Duties**:
- Coordinate and manage events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance guest experience
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management
- Support fundraising initiatives and events
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Assist in maintaining high standards of service within the hotel or restaurant environment
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
