**HR BUSINESS PARTNER Weybridge (Hybrid) Package circa £60K** **About the role: **As the HR Business Partner you will deliver a high standard of service and support to all internal and external customers. Build effective and influential relationships with all levels of staff that adds value to the reputation of HR. To partner andcoach Line Managers on all aspects of HR to manage individual or team based HR issues. Supporting HR management with strategic plans and addressing HR challenges at organisational level. **Main responsibilities**: - Manage end to end recruitment process for all roles in line with company procedures ensuring compliance with all internal control procedures and legislative requirements. - Manage all 3rd party suppliers services in accordance with SLAs - Coaching and guiding Line Managers on all aspects of effective resource planning and the resolution of employee relation issues - Work with Head of HR to develop medium to long term strategic and operational plans to drive performance and employee engagement. **EMPLOYEE RELATIONS**: - Ensure that all employee relations issues are dealt with in a timely and confidential manner, in line with Company Policy and current employment legislation. - To advise and as required, accompany managers at hearings during the resolution of employee relations issues. - Act as lead HR specialist on attendance management and services. - To assist during any organisational development or culture change initiatives such as transfers, acquisitions, redundancy or restructuring programmes. - Assist Head of HR with employee engagement initiatives. **RESOURCING**: - Advise Managers on proposed employee changes in line with internal benchmarks, headcount and current market conditions. - Advise recruiting managers on resource plans from requisition through to induction based on best practice and commercial requirements/needs of the business. - Assist in continuously developing and updating recruitment practices, Selection and Assessment toolkits. - Partner managers as required in conducting selection interviews. - Coach Manager’s on interviewing skills in line with best practice and legal requirements. - Manage all recruitment administration processes from sign off to new hire entry onto HRIS system - Coach Managers on design of effective probation programmes as required in line with needs of the business. - Manage and track recruitment costs on a monthly basis and flag exceptions to Head of HR **LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT**: - Coach and guide managers on all aspects of HR. - Monitor Line Manager capabilities and make recommendations to senior HR on developmental coaching. - Follow up with Head of HR on implementation of off job L&D requirements as identified through promotions, transfers, new hires and case work. - In conjunction with line managers ensure that all transferred and promoted staff are provided with induction training as appropriate. - Pragmatic approach with a sense of humour - Positive "can do" attitude - Strong customer service ethic for internal and external customers - Takes responsibility "ownership" to achieve solutions - High level of personal resilience, adaptable and flexible to manage change and ambiguity. - Track record of innovating/problem solving within levels of responsibility - Able to build constructive and influential relationships with all contacts - Communicates clearly and respectfully both in writing and verbally. - IT Literate. Microsoft Office Suite - CIPD Qualified
