If you’re an experienced Workforce Analytics or HR Reporting Manager that likes sound of working as part of a global team, building and driving top-notch people analytics and reporting function, read on - we’re looking for someone to come in and do justthat and it could be you.
Working a full-time, permanent basis and reporting into our global WFA structure, we’re happy to consider this role being based anywhere in the UK, providing you’re happy to travel regularly into our London or Northampton offices.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Work closely alongside the Workforce Analytics leadership team, driving a world-class workforce analytics and HR reporting function across both the UK and Europe
- Design and deliver innovative reports, dashboards, metrics and analysis that will support our business units in making informed, data-driven decisions
- Become a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders within the business, assisting them in driving improvements in service delivery and operational effectiveness
- Partner with our global HRIS and HRIT teams on key deliverables, process enhancement and system improvement opportunities
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- A background in successfully delivering, analysing and interpreting high-volume workforce analytics and planning within a large organisation
- Proficiency in Power BI and HR systems - if you have experience with Success Factors, this is ideal
- A proven track record of partnering and building relationships with senior stakeholders on an international basis
- A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed business decisions
