What we expect from you:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Your job is to provide exceptional customer service whilst performing your regular duties, as well as Managing a team of waiting staff. You must thrive in a fast paced environment, as the restaurant is based in a busy hotel open all year round. You can usually expect to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as per rota. Other duties include talking to guests to ensure they have a good experience and dealing with any guest complains should they arise.

You will also have the opportunity to complete a level 3 hospitality management course or a level 3 team leader apprenticeship through the company if you wish.
- Coordinate daily, front and back of house restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to any arising guest dissatisfaction
- Organise and supervise staffing for twice daily meal times for our guests
- Mentor new waiting staff with the correct operational procedures for the Restaurant
- Greeting and serving guests with food and drinks as required.
- Take customers' orders and pass them to kitchen staff or bar assistants
- Work as a team with other staff in the dining room, and effectively be able to communicate with the Kitchen staff.
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: From £10.25 per hour
