Moonfleet Manor is due to finish its huge renovation and refurbishment works by the 1st March and so we are looking to bring in new family members so we can open with a bang

We are currently looking for a F&B Supervisor to join our LFH Family. Working with George Bennett (Operations Manager), you will be responsible for the impeccable Food and Beverage service throughout the hotel.

This F&B Supervisor needs to consistently exceed our guest expectations by giving an outstanding, informal and personable family focused service. You also need to be passionate about local, homegrown food using seasonal sustainable produce daily from our walled kitchen garden. Using the best local ingredients like our eggs, supplied by the local farmer and our locally reared meats.
