Job Title: Estimator - HVAC Products
Industry Sector: HVAC, Air Handling Units, AHU, Radiators, Boilers, Control Systems, Total Package Solutions, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Fan Coils, M&E Consultants and Contractors
Location: Ideally West Yorkshire (can be totally remote in the UK)
Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000

The role of the Estimator - HVAC Products will involve:
- Estimating position dealing with high quality bespoke manufactured air handling units, ventilation systems, canopies, louvers, air conditioning and ductwork as packaged solutions
- Reading specifications and drawings to gather an understanding of clients’ needs
- Identify and make recommendations of resources required for the project
- Producing quotations for clients and following up
- Liaising regularly with clients providing technical knowledge
- Developing and building relationships with clients throughout the process to encourage repeat business
- Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensuring everything is fully communicated with the Project Manager once work is secured and attend meetings where required
- Documenting all communications and quotations onto the internal CRM system
- Estimating for projects varying in size from £5,000 to £2m in value
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - HVAC Products with:
- Must have estimating experience within the HVAC sector, ideally working for manufacturers of Air H Handling Units or Acoustic Containers
- Ideally will have a strong engineering background in manufacturing
- Must have experience working in a high pressure environment, managing multiple projects
- Good technical understanding to educate customers
- A good understanding of CAD
- Confident individual who can talk to customers and manage a team
- People person with strong time management and organisation skills
- Enthusiastic and determined
