**About the role**:
The Shared Court Administration and Data Team provide a highly effective court administrative and data management service to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and City of Westminster Youth Justice Services. The role involves attending and supporting practitioners at Highbury Youth Court (Court currently sits on a Monday), recording results and liaising with court staff and other Youth Justice Services. In addition, you will be responsible for inputting, updating and reporting on data relating to young people in the Criminal Justice System for all 3 boroughs using the YJS management information databases.

You should have experience of maintaining and understanding data management systems, analysing and interpreting data and assisting in the preparation of reports. Demonstrate competence in the use of IT systems including MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint and any other systems as appropriate and after relevant training. Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills and be self-motivated to work on own initiative to meet deadlines and targets. An eye for detail and an enthusiastic can-do attitude is crucial for this role.

You will have an office base (Oxford Gardens W10 5UQ) but will work from other locations including Highbury Youth Court and remote working.
