As a Control Room Operative, you will be the voice of the company, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to multi-task.

We are offering a Permanent position, including company benefits, pension scheme, and free on site parking.

You will operate inbound and outbound calls, CCTV and Alarm activations, such as but not limited to Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms. You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of 12-hour shifts.

The Control Room is responsible for the smooth running of the business, and your duties will include the following:
To be responsible for the day-to-day operation within the Alarm Receiving Centre, delivering and exceeding on our promise to customers of an industry leading response.
- Be the first point of contact for the customers and deal with day to day matters such as alarm activations, testing of systems, fault reporting.
- Recording all events and actions taken for these events.
- Updating customer records with information.
- Liaise with Security Guards and Mobile Response teams, including Monitoring staff management software, such as taking Check Calls.
- Ensure that any relevant information is noted and handed over between shifts.

Essential Attributes:

- Experience of a Call Centre/ Help Desk Environment
- SIA CCTV Badge
- Must be able to Multi Task and manage workloads under pressure
- Be willing to continually learn new skills in an ever-changing environment
- Must have an excellent Telephone Manor and be computer literate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £9.80 per hour
