These are just a handful of the benefits you'll receive if successful in joining a leading contractor in the social housing sector.We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Wet Room Fitter, Plumber, or Multi-Trade Operative to join a respected contractor working on voided and tenanted social housing properties in the Wolverhampton / Birmingham area.ResponsibilitiesComplete full wet room refits from start to finishCarry out a variety of plumbing tasksInstall and maintain Polysafe flooring to a high standardEnsure all work is completed on time, to specification, and with client satisfaction at the forefrontRequirementsPrevious experience as a Wet Room Fitter, Plumber, or as a Multi-Trade OperativeIdeally, experience working in social housingKnowledge of Cap and Cove and Polysafe Flooring (desirable)A Full UK Driving LicenceA valid CSCS CardAn NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent qualificationWhat We OfferCompany Van (if required)Weekly Pay (CIS payments available)Long-term, Ongoing WorkCompetitive pay of £22 per hourA stable and supportive work environment where your skills are valued and your career can growLocation… #J-18808-Ljbffr
