**Title**: Insurance Advisor

**Reports To**: directors

We are looking for people with minimum 1 year sales experience that are willing to be coached in order to be the best salesperson possible. At this role the main goal is to become resilient and no matter what stay focused to achieve targets.

Handling high volume calls and getting leads for our clients is hard, so we need someone with determination to keep going in order to achieve bonus.

We are looking to expand our small team, so if your ready to take a new sales role on board **APPLY NOW**

**Working Hours**:

- Monday
- Thursday 9.30am-6:15pm_
- Friday 9.30am
- 3pm_
- If you hit your targets on Monday - Thursday you can leave at 4_
- Salary: Starts at £22,000 with a salary increase £500 every 6 months up to £24,000 + Commission_
- Plus, monthly attendance bonus £100_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
