What You'll Be Doing
- Taking inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes
- Making outbound calls to warm leads submitted via our website
- Offering expert advice across a variety of insurance products
- Accurately inputting customer details into our in-house system
- Building rapport with clients, handling objections, and closing sales
- Working across multiple insurance lines including motor trade, public liability, tools, stock, and goods in transit
What We're Looking For
- A self-motivated, results-focused individual
- Confidence in building quick rapport and closing sales
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional, polite, and eager to grow
