We're on the lookout for driven and enthusiastic Insurance Sales Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes
  • Making outbound calls to warm leads submitted via our website
  • Offering expert advice across a variety of insurance products
  • Accurately inputting customer details into our in-house system
  • Building rapport with clients, handling objections, and closing sales
  • Working across multiple insurance lines including motor trade, public liability, tools, stock, and goods in transit

What We're Looking For

  • A self-motivated, results-focused individual
  • Confidence in building quick rapport and closing sales
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional, polite, and eager to grow
