- Assist guests with any special requests or needs during their stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the reception area in an organised and tidy manner.

**Skills**
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
