We are looking for a **Reception Supervisor** to join the team here at **Dean Park Hotel.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Supervising the reception team members to ensure all company procedures and standards are being adhered to.
- Assisting with the day to day operation of the reception desk as required and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently being delivered to our guests.

**What we would like you to bring?**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges / complaints
- Commitment to delivering a high level of breath-taking hospitality

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Working 5 out of 7 days.

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
