Our team is based in Melksham and look after bookings for Jaguar Land Rover. We put a lot of time and effort into ensuring that our Booking Administrators are fully up to speed with all the training and information that they need from around the Dick Lovett Group, so this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive knowledge and customer service skills whilst working in a great team.

Key responsibilities:

- Make customer Service, MOT and repair bookings for Jaguar and Land Rover
- Provide support to customers with their enquiries to make accurate bookings and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience
- Keep customer notes up to date including future booking dates, customer details and vehicle details
- Communicate offers clearly with details of the benefits to customers
- Follow up on customer enquiries with the Aftersales departments

Essential Skills:

- Experience of working in a customer-focused role, either in person or over the phone
- Great communication skills with a fantastic phone manner
- Computer literate with ability to use and learn different systems in tandem
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data processing

In 2017, we opened our doors to our first Jaguar Land Rover dealership. With large new and used car showrooms and a drive-in service centre, the facility was created with customers in mind with a warm, modern design, featuring a barista bar and lounge style waiting areas. Along with a 21-bay workshop, we are able to provide a sales and aftersales experience befitting of this fine British marque.

Our Jaguar Land Rover dealership is located off the A350, which joins the M4 motorway at Junction 17, and is easily commutable from Chippenham, Bath, Trowbridge, and Westbury.
