**Responsibilities**
- Monitor Deliveries, communicating with customers and drivers
- Plan varied & new routes and loads to maximise vehicle fill rates and ensure efficiency
- You will learn and work in line with all road transport legislation
- Knowledge of Driver’s hours
- Performing Driver’s licence checks
- Dealing with Driver’s delivery notes
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Booking and hiring of vehicles/ drivers
- Planning collection routes & dealing with returns
- Vehicle & driver compliance
- Transport Procedures
- Booking and scheduling MOT and services
- Booking of deliveries with suppliers
- Importing & exporting of goods
**Skills**
- IT literate and Excellent admin skills
- Being highly organised
- Good at problem solving
- Familiar with legal compliance in a Freight / Transport / Distribution environment.
- Experience in Transport Planning
- Strong communication skills
- Good time keeping skills
