Office Administrator

Due to our continued growth here at Purely Protect we are looking to recruit a capable, willing, and experienced office administrator to join our team.
**Responsibilities of the job include**:
- Conducting follow up care calls to clients post new business submission.
- Completing post sale case administration.
- Tracking new business and managing the adviser’s administration on the CRM to ensure that company standards are maintained.
- Assisting with administration training to other staff members
- Reporting figures and progress to the directors.
- Attending regular meetings with the directors to assist with the evolution and growth of the company.
- Dealing with customer queries and concerns.
- Promoting the business, the services offered and the company ethos.
- Seeking recommendations and referrals for new and existing customers
- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to clients, providers and partners.
- Building and maintaining rapport and relationships with clients.
- Assisting the directors and other management with ad-hoc administration tasks as they arise.
- Have responsibility to keep records up-to-date and accurate at all times.
Support and training will be provided in order to perform the required duties of the role. Continual Professional Development (CPD) will be maintained throughout the term of the employment.
**Full-time working hours are**:
- 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday
- 9am - 2pm Friday
**Must Have Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Excellent computer skills, especially using Word and Excel
- Excellent record keeping skills.
- Excellent rapport skills and be confident on the phone when dealing with people.
- Punctual, well organised and hardworking
- Numerate, paying particular attention to detail
- Trustworthy, reliable, honest and always act with integrity
- Be confident, passionate and motivated to improve and develop.
- Can work independently but is also a team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
