Area Sales Account Manager

An outstanding area account manager role is offerred, with company car and a patch stretching from London down to Cornwall and an existing client base of customers What makes this role outstanding is the strong knit company culture, an ethos of honestyand support, whilst working to represent some really cool, market leading brands in the entertainment sector. The role would suit a highly personable sales and relationship person, who is perhaps looking to take their first step into managing an area - who would benefit from training, coaching and mentoring, but who is a natural peoples person, able to recognisecommercial advantage, opportunities for increasing sales, and who is able to demonstrate that they are self motivated and able to crack on with a task, whilst supported, but under their own steam. COMPANY CAR & Bonus available The main duties within the role are: - To take full responsibility within the territory, maximising sales and ensuring customer satisfaction is met in line with agreed targets - To develop the existing accounts business whilst seeking new distribution in line with the sales management objectives. - To develop a full understanding of the company’s product, the market place and competitor activity. - To sell on a "planned sale" basis, analysing by line previous business - Presenting new products whilst demonstrating and sharing the companies marketing plans - To keep accurate records and manage each accounts business, monitoring progress versus plan on a regular basis, and resolving issues to achieve growth objectives - To work to an organised journey plan within the trade buying timetable, which will sometimes involve staying away overnight. - Ideally some experience within a sales role - Knowledge of merchandising - Self motivated and enthusiastic - Flexible to change - Desire to learn and develop To find out more about this opportunity please contact Lydia at CRS Recuitment, thanks
