**This is the job**:
As our **Early Careers and Apprenticeship Coordinator **you will report directly to the Group Head of Talent and Leadership, this role will be based in Basingstoke (hybrid working). Within this role you will be responsible for managing our early careers and internal apprenticeship programmes across the AA.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Implementation of our Apprenticeship programmes from early careers to internal programmes
- Work cross functionally to support the delivery of Apprenticeship programmes
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and needs
- Regularly review feedback and make required amends with our Apprenticeship providers
- Research the Apprenticeship market to ensure the best possible solution for our business needs
- Regularly update our internal Apprenticeship web page, ensuring relevant content is uploaded, refreshed and kept up to date and relevant for all
- Produce quarterly dashboards demonstrating return on investment

**What do I need?**:
**Capability, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Experience in Apprenticeship delivery
- Strong and effective stakeholder management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong record of successful delivery of programmes from conception through to evaluation
- Proven experience of tracking evaluating and evidencing ROI for leadership interventions
- Track record of success in management of a projects and programmes and multiple initiatives
