**Job overview**:
The Starting Well 0-19 Service are looking to appoint a permanent Starting Well Nursery Nurse to a part time position 22.5 hours per week working days are over 3 days by negotiation.
Post holder will be expected to work flexibly within the District they are appointed to and if needed support colleagues across districts.
The post holder must have access to transport as commuting for community contacts in family homes and within the many Starting Well Children's Centres venues is essential.
The role will support a new way of working where discreet pieces of work are delegated to a Starting Well Nursery Worker by our Health Visitors - to ensure the right level of support for each family at the right time.
**Main duties of the job**:
Post holders would become part of a unique integrated service, supporting delivery of key elements of the Health Child Programme to Cheshire West and Chester Children, Young People and their Families (CYPF) on behalf of Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS foundation trust (CWP).
