**Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)**

Busy Nought to Fives Nursery are seeking passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our thriving team in Ledsham

We are a loving and nourishing nursery setting where our friendly team support little ones to grow and develop at their own pace. The nursery is a place where children feel secure, nurtured, and settled, building healthy attachments.

**Our Ideal Person**
- Be passionate about childcare and helping children to achieve, play and be safe.
- Have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stages (EYFS)
- Have previous experience of working with children under the age of five.
- Be qualified at NNEB/NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in childcare.
- Be able to work well in a team.

**What you’ll do**
- As a Nursery Practitioner you will be working alongside the Management team to be responsible for identifying and meeting the individual needs of the children in your care. You will provide positive experiences in an environment that offers all-round enrichment to meet the children's needs.
- You will be able to have, or work towards having, Key Person responsibility and carry out daily individual planning.
- Throughout your work, you will build positive relationships with children, staff, parents, and carers and actively support the Nursery Manager and the nursery team in providing a safe and secure environment.

Our nurseries are beautifully equipped with spacious outdoor play areas, with large, well-maintained rooms. We pride ourselves in providing excellent childcare and developing strong positive relationships with families so we can work together to provide the best experiences for the children whilst they are with us.

This role is offered on a 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year basis.

Wage: £10.42 p/h
