**Responsibilities of Pre-stay Concierge Supervisor**
- To efficiently manage the team’s day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum efficiencies and smooth running of day-day operations.
- To be the point of escalation for any complaints from the team, to be able to confidently handle any issues that arise and liaise with the wider Senior Management team wherever required.
- Looking ahead at reservations within our PMS system, ideally from two weeks of arrival - to the day the booking was made, working in tandem with Reception and CRS to achieve the very best availability.
- Becoming a wealth of knowledge and information, assisting guests with all aspects of their stay; from bedroom details, upsell information, dining arrangements & Spa facilities.
- To provide clarity with our Resort offerings; explaining access and any limitations to our facilities to in turn reduce negative experiences on arrival.
- Ensuring all information is correctly captured and inputted in Resdiary/Opera/CORE to ensure a smooth customer journey whilst here.
**Requirements of Pre-stay Concierge Supervisor**
- Previous experience of exceptional guest service in a fast pace environment
- Experience in Hospitality systems such as Opera / Diary booking management systems is ideal, however full training will be given.
- Track record of delivering results through exceptional service standards.
- Attention to the smallest detail.
- A passion for hospitality and great customer service.
- Friendly, courteous, and helpful, with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible, and able to work shifts
- Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.
- Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards.
- A great team player
