Our Breakfast Supervisors are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative.

As Breakfast Supervisor you will be tasked with motivating, inspiring and leading a fairly big team of staff. You will be working closely with the F&B Manager and deal with staffing, stock and financial control as well as ensuring outstanding customer service solutions. We are looking to recruit a fun, friendly and hands-on Manager capable of dealing with fast paced sales and achieving KPI's.
- To train and develop restaurant staff.
- To performance manage staff accordingly.
- Ensure the team have an in-depth knowledge of the product.
- Responsible for helping to maintain a customer focused culture which support the values expressed in the Company mission statement and the Company business goals of profitability and service quality.
- Responsible for communicating the overall Company and departmental goals and objectives and ensuring all employees are motivated to achieving these
- Responsible for the welfare and wellbeing of all departmental employees, promoting the professional career development of the team.
- To manage stock rotation.
- Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and appearance of the department both front and back of house.
- To comply with the licensing laws.
- Responsible for resolving any internal customer complaints during breakfast
- Responsible for the food & beverage order taking
- Maintains a regular presence and circulates freely during service periods to invite comments and resolve any situations as they occur, as well as regularly checking on customer satisfaction
- Is responsible for the opening/closing procedures of the Department
- To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windermere LA23 3DF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
