**Responsibilities for Restaurant Supervisor in Blue Smoke on the Bay**
- Previous experience of exceptional guest service in a fast pace environment
- Experience in Hospitality systems such as Micros for dealing with cash sales is ideal, however full training will be given.
- Track record of delivering results through exceptional service standards.
- The best applicants will ensure a quality approach to the management of the service of food and beverages with The Windermere, banqueting and food service areas, thereby ensuring the maintenance of high standards to both hotel residents and guests.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience with exceptional guest service in a fast pace hospitality environment is essential.
- You will need to be flexible to manage whilst supporting the restaurant manager a range of services including breakfast, lunch to pre booked events and conferences and dinner for both hotel guests and non-residents.
- You will be fundamental in the banqueting function and at time take the lead in running these events which can include weddings, banquets, events and private dining requirements.
- Become an integral part of a dynamic, friendly, and fun team who love what they do.

- Attention to the smallest detail.
- Experience in Hospitality systems such as Micros.
