Coordinates all aspect of staffing solution service offering for a client, from onboarding to off boarding contractors (Full lifecycle process). Typically involves extensive interaction with staffing solution team, sales, agencies, Account managers and othercross function teams within the organisation and agencies. In addition, managing the vendor and agencies invoices across the technical services teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Manage client satisfaction, commitment and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
- Working alongside Staffing Solutions team (Staffing Solutions Practice Manager and Senior Associate Alliance Specialist) to review current/new/renew orders and have bi-weekly calls with agencies to discuss contractor renewals, issues etc
- Flex PS/Staffing solutions orders - These are orders for contractor resource via an Agency this includes working on financials, PO creation, updating contracts, reviewing, and approving timesheets, invoicing clients, liaising with the Senior Associate AllianceSpecialist, Account Managers and Agencies. These are often processed within a tight deadline.
- Work with Senior Manager Client Projects/Finance Team to forecast and plan out revenue of orders.
- Contractor onboarding/off boarding and maintenance - liaising with HR, IT and Senior Associate Alliance Specialist
- Contractor & Vendor invoices. Approx. 250 per month, managing the INVU queue to ensure invoices are paid within agreed payment terms. Tracking received invoices, queries, and any past payment dates etc. Involves liaising with Accounts Payable in UK & Romania,TS Project Managers, PMO, Contractor agencies and vendors.
- Invoicing via ChangePoint and SAP for TS Project Managers/PMO liaising with Credit Control in UK & Romania
