Due to growth this successful company are now lookingfor an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to join the team.

The Electrical Operations Manager Job:

- This is a critical position with the company, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Electrical Operations Manager
- Scoping works, and estimating, gathering and completing design information such as SLD's, Termination Schedules, FDS's and assisting in commissioning
- Ensuring project deadlines are met that the job is delivered to a high standard in line with the company's plans and vision
- Organising workflow and day-to-day tasks of directly employed staff
- Carry out regular performance reviews and ensuring the employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
- Ensuring all procurement and health and safety documentation are complete for the tasks set
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- The role will consist of both site based and office based work as well as becoming the Qualified Supervisor to ensure inspection and testing is compliant
The successful Electrical Operations Manager will have:

- Self motivated and able to work under own initiative
- Proven track record of electrical operations supervising/management
- Able to complete works under deadlines
- Organised and able to lead a team
- Knowledge of 3 phase systems is a must, and knowledge of control/plc functionality is ideal
- 18th Edition and Inspection and Testing is ideal
- Understanding of AC/DC systems including control logic - relay and plc logic
- Knowledge of CAD packages would also be advantageous
