Operations Analyst Supply Chain

**The Role - Operations Analyst** We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join our Supply Chain team to provide cross functional supportand communication across our logistics and support functions, ensuring all functions have a full understanding of their positionand impacts on each other.

The role responsibilities include:

- _Reporting & Management information_ - collating and sharing MI reports including stock holding, capacity, KPI's, Order book summary, cancellations / deferrals.
- _Risk Identification & Migration_ - using reporting tools to identify risks to any area of manufacturing, supply chain, customer service or W&D, identifying solutions to those risks and supporting operational team with implementation
- _Cross functional communication_ - involved in regular meetings - commercial (discon, stock holding, trading plan, order book) & retail (clearance and store activity)
- _Capacity Management_ - creating capacity plans, Highlighting potential issues and opportunities, ensuring relevant information is available to have stock in the right place at the right time and supporting on-site space management

**Skills needed** We are looking for an experienced Operations Analyst with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:

- A good understanding of how a retail supply chain works especially from manufacturing through to warehousing (inbound, picking, stock control) and deliveries to store and customer
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Able to work on own initiative and to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates ability to make decisions within agreed parameters
