The successful candidate will be a hands‑on electrical maintenance engineer with a strong manufacturing, CNC or consumer goods background. This is a great opportunity for work‑life balance and working on state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive repairs to a range of equipment and control systems Carry out planned maintenance activities Minimise downtime and contribute to the achievement of production targets Supervise outside contractors/service engineers and tradesmen as required Manage small projects such as equipment installation or staff training Develop and implement process improvements Requirements Completed a recognised City & Guilds, NVQ3 or equivalent electrical engineering apprenticeship Electrical/mechanical skills with proven competence in both disciplines Ability to identify and correct faults within electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset Ideally have PLC fault‑finding skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
