Administration Assistant

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare reports and other documents as required
- Support team members with clerical duties to enhance productivity
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is required
Working hours
Monday 8.30-5
Tuesday to Thursday 8-5
Friday 9-1
Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Yearly bonus
