Our client, a leading property management company with over 25 years’ experience providing property management services is looking for a **Maintenance Administration Officer** to join their team in Co. Down.
- **Full time, permanent role**:

- **Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:00pm**:

- **28 days annual holiday allowance**:

**Responsibilities**:

- The position of maintenance administration officer will work alongside existing team to organise maintenance contractors for residential housing developments.
- The role will include speaking to existing clients/property owners to agreed scope of works required then sourcing contractor prices for individual maintenance and repairs.
- Produce budgets with our accounts team for the annual maintenance charges for each development managed.

**Skills required**:

- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Previous office experience essential.
- Answering Phones and dealing with visitors to the office.
- Maintaining Office Diary.
- Excellent Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Debt Collection and taking payments.
- Assisting in the Sales and Rentals department as and when required.
- Arranging and hosting Annual General Meetings with clients.
