My client is a security firm in Leeds. In this role, you would be working as part of the Payroll or Pension team. Our client is looking for a bright and analytical person to train as a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**

**Training to do**:

- Training provided
- Monthly payroll.
- Manual Calculations.
- Setting up new starters and processing leavers.
- Handling all pay queries.
- Inputting working hours and deductions to the system.
- P45's,P60's, P11d's.
- HMRC & RTI submissions.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to learn and develop.
- Analytical
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good systems skills including MS Excel.
