**This is a Hybrid role 2 days in the office in Horsforth and 3 from home**
**Salary £25,000**
Your role-- Approving expenses for the business.
- Run monthly reports.
- Assist with the administration of P46 and P11d on an annual basis.
- Order/cancel any company credit cards when required.
- Manage the timesheets of temporary employees.
- Purchasing office supplies such as stationery and furniture.
- Organise first aid training/book courses and manage the diaries.
- Identification/running of recycling schemes.
- Liaise with gardeners/ gritters/ window cleaners/ contractor cleaners.
- Manage new starters inductions/ leavers exits on the payroll system.
- Ensure all employees details are correct on the system.
- 2 years+ administration experience
- Professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Payroll Admin is ideal and not essential
