You will work closely with our team of designers, developers, and other content creators to ensure that our digital presence is professional, user-friendly, and engaging.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain the Castle Water website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines.
- Work with the design team to implement new features and functionality on the website, including the integration of chatbots, forms, and other interactive elements.
- Manage and curate the content on the Castle Water website, ensuring that it is accurate, relevant, and engaging for our customers.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that all digital content is relevant, timely, and engaging.
- Work with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and create content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital content and use data insights to inform content strategy.
- Ensure that all digital assets adhere to Castle Water's branding guidelines and are consistent across all platforms.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Experience with chatbots, web portals, and other digital projects.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience in a B2B customer service environment and good copywriting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects.
This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start date. Salary range £30000 - £40000 per annum (DOE). We offer
- No shift work, Monday - Friday 9-5
