**Description**

We are currently looking for a **Digital Content Marketing Senior Executive**, which is a new position in our growing Marketing team in the Heathrow office in Staines.

The **Digital Content Marketing Senior Executive** will be responsible for developing high-quality copy for marketing materials. To do so, they will learn all about and make significant contributions to **Menzies’s tone** of voice guide to efficiently maximise the impact of content they generate, they will also be responsible for managing **SEO practices such as content strategy**, link building and keyword strategies to increase rankings and maximise ROI of content. They will **understand the** **successes and challenges of content from our market competitors **and will share their learnings with co-workers and stakeholders to consistently deliver.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Objectives of this role**
- Maximise consumer engagement with marketing content
- Improve Menzies’s presence through search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Share insights on competitor marketing content
- Widen Menzies’s marketing reach

**Responsibilities**:

- Use **SEO best practices** to drive traffic to Menzies’s digital channels
- **Optimise, create, edit and review** copy for website, blogs, whitepapers, videos scripts/ video editing and marketing materials - **consistent with brand guidelines **and maintain a **consistent tone and style**:

- **Track, report, and analyse website analytics**, monitoring **digital content engagement metrics** and keywords rankings
- Website maintenance, uploading content and **reviewing technical SEO**:

- **Promote company offerings to reach new audience**s
- Perform ongoing **keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation**:

- Develop and implement** link building strategies**:

- **Work with the firms content creators to optimise all copy**:

- **Recommend changes** to website architecture, content, internal linking and other factors **to improve SEO positions to target keywords.**

**The Person**:
They will have a **strong knowledge of SEO best practices** and an understanding of digital tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others. They will also desirably have experience of using the following digital platforms: WordPress CMS website platform, HubSpot or similar CRM and Adobe premier pro or similar video editing software.

You would need to have a good degree of computer literacy, ability to work effectively without oversight and also superb organisational and time-management abilities.

**Preferred work experience/ qualifications**:

- Will have 2+ years of experience working as a content/digital/marketing creator
- Previous experience in a professional services firm - ideal but not essential
- Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content
- Capable of managing multiple competing priorities
