As part of a department-wide hiring drive, Central Employment are working with a market leader as they look to significantly increase the size of their marketing team, including a Digital Marketing Specialist

Being part of the Digital Marketing team, you'll be working closely with the Director of Marketing while having the primary responsibility of effectively developing, launching, and monitoring end-to-end marketing campaigns. With this in mind, you'll be lookingto translate the business goals into successful campaigns across all of our client's partners to increase brand awareness and improve lead generation.

In this role, you will have a high degree of impact and visibility within the Sales and Marketing team, as well as across the whole organsation, acting as a go-to for any queries regarding the state and success of various campaigns. Projects will includeexecuting go-live with affiliates, vendors, and associations. It will be key that you manage budgets across all brands/vendors while monitoring performance to ensure lead volume, CPL, quality rate, and audience targeting rate.

To be successful, it is expected that you have at least 2+ years working in a commercial environment as a Digital Marketing Specialist, and have a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across a number of platforms. Within this, you'llbe able to show knowledge of how to develop media plans and campaign tracking reports. Skills-wise, you'd have worked with SEO, SEM, Display, Social Media, and others to give you a broad knowledge of everything Digital Marketing.

**Key Duties**:

- Increase and oversea all ads assets across all brands for designated vendors.
- Work closely with specialist marketing teams such as Copy Writers and Designers to ensure quality campaigns.
- Work with Content and Communications teams, adding input to the content editorial calendar.
- Ensure Digital Media and lead generation best practices.
- Participate in planning activities and contribute to wider marketing strategy.

**Key Experience**:

- 2+ Years as a Digital Marketing Specialist in a commercial environment.
- Proven skills in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Experience creating and executing Digital Marketing plans.
- Strong team player experience.
- Great time management to meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
