Reporting to the Directors, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for maximising and optimising customer acquisition by being wholly responsible for all aspects of SEO strategies, Biddable Media (PPC, Paid Social, affiliate marketing and anyother channels), and CRM Marketing.

You will continuously analyse performance channels and will directly implement changes and strategies that increases web traffic, enquiries and sales and so improves conversion rates fr the e-commerce website. Furthermore, you will collaborate extensivelywith the Social and Content Teams to maximise organic social customer acquisition.

You will manage and, where necessary, recruit and get the best from the respective agencies who work with the business in each of the marketing channels. In addition, it is prerequisite that you have 'nuts and bolts' knowledge of Biddable Media and CRM Campaigndeployment and cutting-edge SEO strategy which you could implement yourself.

The role carries considerable responsibility and is extremely rewarding as you will be required to continuously implement multiple projects at a rapid pace, giving the reward of effecting serious and rapid change in a very dynamic, growing business.

**Digital Marketing Executive's Experience**
- Graduate calibre with experience of multi-channel digital marketing.
- Experience of deploying digital initiatives in international markets an advantage, but not essential
- Excellent technical knowledge of acquisition tools, tracking & analytics preferably working with Power BI.
- Hands on extensive experience of and leading:

- SEO
- UX
- UI
- CRO
- Building campaigns in:

- PPC
- Paid Social
- Worked with developers to push through tangible and significant changes.
- Worked with digital marketing agencies.
- Demonstrate experience and success in acquiring new customers through each respective digital channel mentioned in their career.

**Salary**
£50,000 + good benefits
