Head of Data

Bristol (hybrid)

£90-105K + Benefits
- Lead on governance and transformation projects.
- Establish key compliance and risk management reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the business.
- Improve and establish a robust data governance framework.
- Build relationships and communication with key senior stakeholders.
- Own monthly reporting and develop improved MI and reporting to performance manage data integrity and data utilization.
- Show real leadership qualities both within your Data Team and across multiple project and transformation teams.
- Develop a roadmap for future improvements and future technologies including AI and automation
- Exceptional Data Management background in a large corporate environment
- Extensive Project Management skills utilised in a Transformational environment
- Previous experience of establishing and developing a Data Management framework
- Strong Data Governance background
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Team management and natural leadership capability
- Excellent Reporting and Analysis skills
- Experience of the tech sector (SAAS or Telecoms) is desirable, but not essential

Pay: £90,000.00-£105,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
