Head of People Data & Insights

Please note, this contract will be inside IR35. It is largely remote but you will be required to visit the Bristol office occasionally, perhaps every 1-2 weeks.

The HR Insights Manager / Head of Data & Insights / Head of Analytics will join a global business during an enterprise wide transformation programme. The role will focus on delivering Data and Insights relating to People and HR programmes, using a range of systems including Workday, PowerBI, Talentlink and Alteryx.

The HR Insights Manager / Head of Data & Insights / Head of Analytics will be instrumental in driving an insights-led culture across the HR function. They’ll be responsible for the following:

- Enhance the capabilities of the HR function by providing actionable insight
- Delivery of integrate data platform, data governance and operational processes
- Manage key relationships with regional and global leadership and stakeholders - influence and shape data requirements for the function
- Ensure data quality assurance
- Planning and overseeing the gathering of information from multiple sources and delivery in the form of scorecards, dashboards and reports
- Develop and drive predictive analytics
- Leading a team of 3 (to increase to approx. 6)

The successful Head of Insights / Head of Analytics / Head of Data and Insight will have a demonstrable track record in a similar role and will have also have experience with Workday. In addition, any knowledge of PowerBI, Talentlink and Alteryx would be a huge benefit.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can start immediately, but a 1-month notice period would be considered. The contract will initially be for 6 months with a possibility of extension. Contract to perm would also be an option for those interested.

The role is inside IR35 and the rate will be between £800-£1100/day depending on experience. You must be willing to visit the Bristol office when needed. This may be every couple of weeks.
