Customer Service/customer Support Advisors

We have several part time positions available for Customer Support Advisors to join our York Head Office Customer Service Team on a permanent basis. Our offices are located at Northminster Business Park and these positions are available for hybrid working,splitting time between office and home on a weekly basis. We have both 16 hour and 20 hour per week contracts available.
**Main responsibilities of our Customer Support Advisors**:
You’ll be responsible for dealing with customer queries via;
- Social media
- Live web chats
- Over the phone
**Hours and Shifts of our Customer Support Advisors**:
You will need to be able to work flexibly 4/5 out of 7 days on a rota basis between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday. Weekend working is rotated around the team (about 1 in 3 weekends worked, unless that’s your preference) Overtime is regularlyavailable.
**Requirements to be one of our Customer Support Advisors**:
- Friendly, engaging and positive approach to customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent English language skills, including spelling and grammar
- Strong written administration skills
- Ability to deal with customer complaints
- Experience responding to customers over social media
- Highly Organised
- Good attention to detail
- Patient Persona
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work to targets
- Access to a computer at home and a good/reliable internet connection
- A quiet location at home where you can work undisturbed

Pay: £9.65 per hour starting pay and a next steps training programme available to increase your rate of pay to £9.90 per hour once completed and signed off.
