**Main responsibilities of our Customer Support Advisor**:

- Social media
- Live web chats
- Over the phone
**Hours and Working arrangements for our Customer Support Advisor**:
We have a 16 hour per week permanent contract and a 20 hour per week contract available. The department operates between 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday. Monday to Friday shifts will be office based in York, evening and weekend shifts will be hybrid.
Weekend working is rotated around the team (about 1 in 3 weekends worked, unless that’s your preference) Overtime is regularly available.
**Requirements to be one of our Customer Support Advisor**:
- Friendly, engaging and positive approach to customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent English language skills, including spelling and grammar
- Strong written administration skills
- Ability to deal with customer complaints
- Experience responding to customers over social media
- Highly Organised
- Good attention to detail
- Patient Persona
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work to targets
- Access to a computer at home and a good/reliable internet connection
- A quiet location at home where you can work undisturbed

Pay: £11.70 per hour starting pay and a PaSS training programme available to increase your rate of pay to £12.00 per hour once completed and signed off.
