_A field sales role promoting a range of external porcelain paving into independent merchants across the North West & Yorkshire region._

**Package**: £45k-£50k basic +20% OTE, 25 days holiday, 5% pension and a Tesla company car
**Territory**:North West & Yorkshire
**Selling**:External porcelain paving, with a complimentary range of internal floor tiles
**Customers**:Independent merchants (builders, landscaping & civils) and two buying groups

**THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager**:

- A field sales role selling external porcelain paving with a complimentary range of internal floor tiles
- Inheriting a small portfolio of independent merchant accounts to manage and develop
- With the focus on working with the NMBS and IBC Buying Groups, networking with their members to identify and win new civil, landscaping and builders merchant accounts
- All accounts won will be retained and managed by yourself

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**:

- Most importantly you will already have field sales experience within the construction industry
- Preferably with experience of working with buying groups and selling into independent merchants
- Applicants with a paving and landscaping background will be readily received, but this is not essential
