**About the Role**
We are looking for a driven Product Marketer, who will be responsible for supporting the Product and GTM teams to promote, to communicate, and to train our teams on how to sell Host platform to clients. It will include a focus on products key features, competitiveintelligence, messaging, and positioning of our products. You have a deep understanding of user personas, enjoy solving complex problems, and passionate about carefully researching customer needs and developing excellent communication strategies to answerthem. You will also be the key in closing the loop with product development by providing feedback obtained from sales & solutions, and market insights collected from competitive landscape assessment.
You’ll join our cross-functional product team to help build products and features based on insight, client requirements and innovation/market developments that connect tenants to the environments, amenities of a building to drive workplace productivity andconnectivity. **Key responsibilities and deliverables**:
**As a Product marketer, you’ll be**:
- Develop product messaging that differentiates new features, partnerships, and services from others in the market, working with the Marketing team to ensure messaging aligns with the full Host value proposition.
- Communicate the value of product, new features and services to the sales and marketing team, providing training to internal CS/CX/Sales team to align product messaging to client requirements and broader Host messaging.
- Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product, which may include demos and webinars.
- Promote the product both internally and externally, especially new features and partnerships.
- Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.
- Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts for updates to internal teams as well as for inclusion in client facing materials.
- Develop and implement promotional activities such as promotions and product launches.
- Use market research data to determine product pricing including viability of having 3rd parties with incremental cost/revenue per vendor.
- Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and user personas.
- Measure and optimize the user journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
**Skills and Experience**
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience working closely with a product development team, promoting the product internally and externally, preferably for a mobile app.
- Understanding of Property Management business, with concierge services, enablement technologies, amenities and workplace environments are desirable.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a vision and attention to detail.
