Junior Digital Marketing Executive - Manchester - Hybrid Working

The Junior Digital Marketing Executive, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies for brand acceleration and awareness and to support campaigns, communications, and the overall digitalmarketing strategy.

**The role**:

- Responsible for driving the company's representation and engagement on targeted social channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube.
- To upload a continuous flow of fresh and dynamic content to the website
- Manage and drive forward organic and paid social strategy.
- Develop and co-ordinate e-marketing campaigns to key audiences, making recommendations to ensure they’re achieving business goals.
- Offer support to our internal communication strategy as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- Be responsible for managing and interpreting google analytics, producing reports to present to the Marketing Manager on the effectiveness of the digital activity, offering ideas for improvement where necessary.
- Work alongside external partners and agencies on campaigns and projects.

**Skills and experience**
- Ideally 1-2 years within a Digital Marketing role.
- Experience managing social media campaigns.
- Experience of managing websites using a CMS to design and update content.
- Knowledge of Keyword research
- Able to use creative platforms such as Canva and photoshop
- Ability to work on paid social campaigns (desirable)
- PPC campaign experience (desirable)
- Experience of working with CRM systems
- Digital ad platforms

- Salary of 22,000 - £27,000 basic DOE
