**Duties**:

- Filing and storing of sensitive credit data.
- Producing weekly reports regarding Company credit control.
- Creating accounts for customers in credit.
- Chasing payments from customers.
- Involved in debt collection meetings with members from the Road Sales team.
- Reminding customers of outstanding debts.

**Requirements**:

- Patience and excellent telephone manner when dealing with customers in debt.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- IT literate.
- Must work in an organised manner.

Previous financial experience is essential - however, previous work experience will be considered. Training will be provided.

**Schedule**:42 hours per week, Sunday-Thursday, 1200pm-2000pm.

After 6 months training, the schedule will change to Monday-Thursday, 10am-1830pm, Sunday 11am-7pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
