Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a Compliance Administrator for a public sector organisation based in North Yorkshire, York.

As the first point of contact for North Yorkshire, York Compliance Administrator you will be supporting a high quality of cyclical maintenance service to ensure regulations and statutory duties are achieved. Within this, you will ensure Gas, Asbestos, FireSafety, Legionella, Electrical Testing to protect our customers and properties.

Compliance Administrator Responsibilities:

- Deliver a high quality, customer focused H&S compliance service which meets all the regulatory and statutory duties of a registered social landlord.
- Act upon immediately any breaches in compliance and escalate to the line manager and leadership team as appropriate.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager (Planned) in preparing work specifications, drawings and all other contract and tender documents for contractors and consultants in relation to H&S compliance works.
- Ensure gas servicing, fire risk assessment, asbestos inspections, electrical testing and legionella testing are carried out in accordance with current legislation and industry best practice.
- To attend and chair H&S compliance action plan progress meetings as required and ensuring that minutes are prepared and circulated.

Compliance Administrator Essential Experience:

- At least 3 years working experience in developing, monitoring and implementing annual and cyclical service programmes including regulatory compliance.
- Experience of working with contractors, consultants and other agencies.
- Experience of compiling risk assessments and safety method statement including fire risk assessment.
- Knowledge implementing policies and procedures including but not limited to: gas servicing, Legionella/water testing, fire safety, electrical testing, asbestos, and cyclical maintenance of lifts.
