Part-time Compliance Administrator

This is an interesting and varied role and ideal for an individual who can work under their own initiative, alongside a small team. The ideal person will be highly organised but flexible and have excellent time management skills. The role involves ensuring that the Fire, Health & Safety and EPC compliance relating to our managed sites is kept up to date and administered efficiently. This will include liaising with and maintaining a positive, productive relationship with tenants, clients and contractors. You will also provide assistance with general property management duties during busy times and to cover holidays.
The role is ideal for someone with some experience in property management (residential or commercial) and a basic knowledge of the health and safety regulations around property lettings.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Sending out routine reminders/correspondence to tenants in relation to compliance.
- Keeping accurate records for Fire, Health and Safety certification.
- Keep the system maintenance and compliance diary up to date.
- Arranging quotes and issuing works orders for new Fire and Health and Safety certification.
- Liaising with contractors and tenants to arrange access.
**Please note that the salary is pro rata based on the number of hours agreed upon.**

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
