We have a good work/life balance, with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, WFH twice a week as standard,early Friday finishes when you've “done a week’s work” and things like pool tables / Fusball table / Playstation etc there for people to enjoy. Some cool stuff you get to do each day: The Marketing “stuff”: - Be creative, but consistent in your marketing approaches - Website administration for multiple brands and client microsites - Manage the social media posting for multiple brands, across multiple channels - Create job adverts/graphics and videos and content writing - Manage CRM templates and campaigns - Work with third party suppliers to manage design processes, data collection and lead generation The Administrator stuff: - Some basic supplier management - CV formatting - Advertising management - Contractor compliance - Rights to work checks - Small project management - Vacancy set up - Data Entry and CRM Administration Remuneration: - Basic Salary to £23k - Great office environment w/pool tables etc - 25 days holiday + bank holidays - 4 additional fully paid charity days - Early Friday finish (which could result in the equivalent of another 26 days holiday) - Great incentives and social opportunities About the Junior Marketing and Business Administration role: We are recruiting for a Junior Marketing and Business Administrator to join the business ASAP to help deliver strong business and marketing processes within the company. The Junior Marketing and Business Administrator will get to join as employees’ number8 (maybe 9 or 10, because we have two other roles open currently too) and will have the chance to make a huge impact on the business, as we plan huge growth in the next few months and years. The Junior Marketing and Business Administrator will help, supportand manage important “behind the scenes” work that allows us to service our customers to a high level. In terms of career progression, and we do want everyone to have ambitions of progression, you can move into a Marketing and Business Administrator role or one of many paths that will open as we continue to grow. If you decide that you want to move into moreof a sales focused role then there is opportunity to move into a Talent focused role down the line as well.
