**Purpose of the role**:
To lead team leaders and support workers supporting adults with learning disabilities across Newcastle and Gateshead.
To become Registered Manager with CQC and ensure regulatory requirements are met across the services of responsibility.
To take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support to the people we support.
To work with the area managers to turn referrals into new business stream
